Does Delay In Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi! I've been on Micronor for one year and my period has been irregular (between 25 and 36 days!) but this month, I'm really late (37 days) and I'm scared of being pregnant. Is it normal to be that late? Also, I took oxazepam twice 2 weeks ago. Dit that affect the Micronor's effectiveness?
