Does Delayed Period After Having IUI Indicate Pregnancy?

my husband was diagnosed with oligoathenoteratospermia and we went for iui ,i was given clomid and injections then pregnyl after which the iui was performed ,then started on duphaston,20 days ago i still havent gotten my period ,is there a chance i'm pregnant ?
