Does Delayed Period After Taking HCG Injection Indicate Pregnancy?

I am 30 years old. I had my last period on 12th of February and went to a Gynec last month who advised me to take HCG injection 1000 units and prescribed me Progesterone SR 300 tablets for 10 days. That day was my 18th day and I had two grown up follicles of around 18/20 mm in my right ovary. I had HCG injection the same day and I have been taking Progesterone tablet till today. My cycle is around 27-30 days. Today is my 30th day. I still have not got my periods. Are there any chances that I am pregnant? Is it ok to take home pregnancy test today?
