Does Delayed Period And Abdominal Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

i want to know that m i pregnant or what?actually my period is late for 25 days and i get 7 times negative pregnancy test? m having cramping left side of abdomen,go for urine with in 2 hrs,after sleeping i found my feet and hand,fingers little bit swollen,feel like sleepy,backache.plz tell me what should i do?
