Does Delayed Period And Creamy Vaginal Discharge Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

i have recently stopped having the concraceptive injection and started trying for a baby. i havnt had a period since stopping it but i have started getting alot of creamy white discharge which i have heard could be a sign of pregnancy.
could i be pregnant?
