Does Delayed Period And Lower Back Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 10 days late periods, in FEB 12 th day to 20th day alternate days I went for doctor check up on my ovoulation, she said egg size same from 14 th day to 20 th day as 14mm only, we did sex frommy 10th day to 20 th day and 24 th day alternate days. Is it possible to get pregent? from past 2 weeks i am getting lower back pain. now I am getting stomach pain also ? please advice me.
