Does Delayed Period, Diarrhea And Vomiting Indicate Pregnancy?

my period is 9 days late today, my period has been regular for 8 months since i started clomid, i finished my last month of clomid 2months ago. today i had period pains on and off for about one hour i also had diarrhea and vomited twice my stomach feels bloated .could i be pregnant?
