Does Dermographia Cause Ear Infections?

I have been having reactions to medications starting about 10 years ago. It stasrted with penicillan and progresively got worse. Recentally i have been having chronic ear infections, so i went to an ENT who told me it wasn't my ears. so i went to an allergist. The allegist performed a scratch test and i reacted to all of the foods that they tested me for. He then told me that i have dermagraphia, which makes sense, I have very sensitive skin and have to be careful with soaps and fabrics. what i would like to know does dermagraphia affect the ears??? could this be a reason why i am getting chronic ear infections/swimmers ear???
