Does Discontinuing Skin Problem Medication Cause Pimples?

hi sir,i am 26 year old female,height 165 cm and weight 55 kg.I have a light mark on my face.I have consulted a dermatologist and she advised me to take lipogel and elocom with a sunblock and at night AHA lightening gel.So i was continuing this for 5 months,my complexion has also improved a lot.I have hormonal imbalance problem also(poly cystic ovary).So i am using dicynone tablets this month .I have stopped using the creams lipogel and elocom also.Now the problen is i have started getting so much of pimples on my face like allergy reaction.Is it due to the stoppage of creams which i have used or due to the tablet?can you please help me sir
