Does Dizziness, And Nausea Indicate Sign Of Menopause?

I felt dizzy and nauseous twice this month, once after eating something too oily and yesterday again at around noon (bfast at 7am). The dizziness comes slowly then, would need to lie down and my hand/feet felt cold. Took eno to help me burp and the relieve was instant. I want to know why am i feeling this. I am 52, is it menopause??
