Does Do Brownish Vaginal Discharge And Positive Pregnancy Test Result Indicate?

I took 2 at home pregnancy tests yesterday and they were positive. I have been getting some brownish bleeding for a couple of weeks. I went to the doctor today and he sent me for blood tests but did not confirm that I was pregnant. I have to go again for more blood work on Wednesday. What does this mean?
