Does Drug Abuse Cause Appearance Of Sores And Scabs On Face And Ears?

hi, my brother is severely depressed and reclusive. my sister went to his house yesterday, he wouldnt answer phone or door bell, so my sister walked in. my bro just sitting there alone. his face and ears covered in sores and scabs, could this be caused by drug use?PLEASE HELP Valerie
