Does Dry Scaly Patch On Back Indicate Sign Of Skin Cancer?

I have a dry scaly patch on my back. It has been there for about a year. tI gets irritated because it is right under my bra. It is red and about the size of a dime. It itches more after a workout at the gym. Do you think this is a form of skin cancer?
