Does Earache, Headache And One Sided Gum Pain Indicate Mumps?

Hello I have had a headache and earache for a couple of days now and this morning I woke up with sore gums on one side of my face. My colleague was diagnosed with mumps two weeks ago but still came to work. I never had mumps and never been vaccinated for it. What is the chance that this could be mumps?
