Does Early Periods And Tiredness Indicate Sign Of Pregnancy?

I was early on my period and I am never early on my period. It came on the 1st of November and lasted two days. I usually start on the 5th of every month. It will usually last about 4 to 5 days really heavy cramping and bleeding. When I started on the 1st of November I had no cramping and only lasted two days. It is the 11 th of November and I can not keep my eyes open I am so tired. I can sleep all day and still want to go to bed by 10. I am a person who could stay up all night so this is odd to me. I am 23 years old btw. Any suggestions on this topic would help so much. Should I get a pregnancy test?
