Does Eating Fish Or Drinking Tea Cause Skin Rashes?

hello i went to 2 doc. for a skin rash one says its poss. bed bugs, which i dnt think so because my mattresses or in the bed bug covers/ the other doc says it has something to do with me eating to much fish or drinking to much tea, i really dont know what to believe
