Does Electric Shock Affect The Nervous System?

I received an electric shock from my electric stove while moving a pot with my left hand while my right hand wash in water. The shock went through my left hand/arm to my right arm/hand. Am I okay? I do not have any symptoms, just nervous from the shock.
