Does Elevated Liver Enzymes Cause Trembling In A Kid?

My daughter was trembling yesterday for 15 mins and cried for about 10 fell asleep for 5 minutes and was fine. she's 10 months old was 7 weeks premature. Took her to the Dr and her blood work came back ok except her liver enzymes are a little elevated could this cause the trembling?? she has an MRI coming up and a follow up blood work for the enzymes Wednesday. I also learned it happened in daycare but they thought she was cold.
