Does Endometriosis Prevent Conception?

I am 22. Female. I have been with my partner 4 years. I came off he contreception pill in 2007. I have never been pregnant. I suffered from lower abdominal pains in 2009. I was referred to a specialist at the hospital. I then had a laproscopy in July 2010 where small lumps of endremetiosis were removed. I still have not fallen pregnant. Am i infertile? Could having the endremetiosis have been preventing me in the past to concieve?
