Does Enlarged Nipples Indicate Gynecomastia?

Well, I'm worried whether I have gynecomastia. I'm a male and my nipples are enlarged and pointing outwards. It seems to keep on growing. Moreover, there's no pain and it is not tender. I think it's been there for 3-4 years. I'm 15. My weight is 74 kgs whereas my height is 5'7.
