Does Environmental Temperature Affect Body Temperature?

Hi- I am charting my bbt and am 13 dpo. If I am not pregnant, I am expecting my period on Wednesday. My temperature is really high right now, when otherwise is on the low side. In the winter, we usually keep our house and bedroom cold to keep the heating bill low. But now that it is nice out we have the windows open so the house is warmer. Would the temperature outside (and in our house) affect my temperature?
