Does Estrogen Or Progesterone Need To Be Taken At A Higher Dosage?

HI, i am a 30 year old female who has been taking Loestrin 24 for the past 3-4 months, lately i have been experiencing nausea after I eat, lightheadedness, and extreme breast tenderness especially around the nipple area. I only experience this upon completion of my first two weeks of taking the pills once I have started a new pack. what could that be? Do I need to take a higher dose of estrogen or progestrone?
