Does Expired Copper T Cause Back And Stomach Pain?

Hi doctor, I am been inserted with Copper T since Jan 2009. During this insertion Doctor told me that this Copper T can be used for 5 years. From past few days I am having severe back pain and stomach pain ... Can u pls tel me is this the case of Expired Copper T.. or something else
