Does Facial Hot Flashes And Itchiness Indicate Onset Of Pityriasis Rosea?

I have been diagnosed with oral thrush and have ulcers in my mouth and on my tongue. I had pityriasis rosea last year (around this time). My face feels hot and itchy - does this mean I am going to get it again? Is it linked? I really hope not. I can't see a herald patch (which appeared last time)
