Does Fall From The Couch Need Medical Attention?

Hi Dr,
My four month old was laying on the couch and he ended up rolling off and landed on my carpeted floor. He cried for a minute but stopped once I comforted him. He was following the light if my cellphone fine, smiling and nursed just fine. He fell asleep while nursing. Should I take him to the drs? I'm beside myself. I can't stop feeling awful.
