Does Fibroid Causes Severe Burning Sensation In The Pelvic Region After Menstruation?

After my mentral my insides burn sometimes from my pelvic area then from the abs then increases up my back. I've had test and all they can find is a fibroid. That can't be causing all this burning sensation can it?

My age is 43 and height is 5ft and I have always had good health no high blood pressure or cholestrol or anything. I do need to loose weight since Im' so short and weight 186.
