Does Fluttering Feeling In Stomach Indicate Pregnancy?

hi, i am 20, years old.. i recently stopped taking my birth control pills, (i was only on it for 4 weeks)and my boyfriend and i had intercourse... the act took place, 3 weeks ago. i have not had a period. i now have wat looks to be a mild yeast infection, but prior to that, i had a lot of super clear discharge when i whiped. i am now experiencing sickness all through out the day (no throw-up just nausea) my nipples are very sore, and i am now getting a clear fluid when i squeeze my nipple (both nipples). i ahve asthma, and in the past 3 days i've had frequent attacks, and my allergies/sinuses are really flaring up. i also have been very tired lately. with a lack of appitite, but when i do eat it's.. its more liek a craving. and to add to all of this, i have been feeling 'flutters' in my stomach. i tried to ignore it at first but its gotten more and more frequent and stronger.i have not taken a pregnancy test yet, because the last time i took it it came back negative, then i got a period.. so im alittle skeptical and in denial about it.. i just want to know if this could be a pregnancy or maybe just a plethora of things wrong with me.
