Does Follicular Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cause Pain Under Rib Cage And Back?

hi iv got pain on my right side under my rib cage but more round the back , when I like on that side it hurts and up to a week ago its sore to touch , iv follicular non hodgkins lymphoma has well just woundering if that's anything to do with it , im on maintenance at the moment having my second dose in February .
