Does Fondling Of Breasts Lead To Breast Lumps?

am having some lumps in my breast so i thought of going to a doctor but before that i wanted to ask can a doctor easily tell whether upper body fondling is done while examining?please help.will the doctor be able to detect that body touching is done by a boy to a girl?
