Does Frequent Ascitic Fluid Drainage Affect Her Life Expectancy If The Liver Is Fine?

My Wife has Ascites. I will be taking her to the Emergency room for the 4th time in 6 months to have her Stomach Drained. Her Liver is Fine( Does Not Drink Alcohol), She does not have Cancer, She thinks she only has 2 years to live! How many times can she Drain the Fluid and Keep Living. Her Dr. will not see her for 2 months because of No Appointments Available.
