Can men develop pimples on their penis form masturbating too much ? I recently just had unprotected sex with my ex boyfriend and after we finished I notice two pimples on his penis. He said that he maturbates every day several times a day without lubrication. He says they don t pop, or itch, sting or bother him in anyway.
