Does Grafting Help In Treating Lichen Planus?

HI DOC.i am suffering from lichen planus from the past 16 years. i am 22 now. its really awkward.cant wear dresses like my frenz wear. can i ever get rid of this diesease? i am tired of going to the doctors and medications. suggests me something please. i would do anything to be all right. would grafting or operation help in anyway?
