Does Green Tea Intake Show Positive For Drug Test?

Hello doctor, after having a couple of Long Island ice teas the previous night, the next morning I went into work and was sent for a random drug test. The results came back positive with a number 218 next to mg/dl. What does that # equate to in the world of alcohol? Thank you
