Does Haemophilus Influenzae Or Vaginal Candida Cause Abdominal Cramps And Headache?

Hello. My vaginal swab has just come back with Strep B, Candida and Haemophilus influenza. I am worried. is this linked to meningitis? My doctor told me to treat the thrush and use some clyndamycin cream because I am allerfix to Keflex and Penicillin. Can this be linked to my stomach cramps and headaches?
