Ht: 5'4inch / Wt: 80kgs

I am 25yrs old and just been detected with enlarged ovaries with multiple cysts and bilateral PCOD. I have had hairloss from a long time now i am nearing complete baldness.Can you tell me if i can get back my hair after correcting PCOD
