Does Hardness And Pain In Stomach Indicate Pregnancy?

hi, i need some advice/help right a way. its been 1month this day and iv e just had my period but not sure if im pregnant or not coz iv e take 7 cortals last week. but iv e been feeling stomach aches since last night. and when i press my stomach(above the belly botton) theres something hard and little that i feel... please i need help im in an early age . so im very scared and confused.
