Does Having Alopecia Areata Cause Excessive Sweating?

I have alopecia areata (self diagnosed I feel like there's no point going to the Drs if there is no 'cure') and I know this is an auto immune disease. I also sweat under my eyes when I eat acidic fruit and when I researched this it came back as an auto immune thing. My question is are these 2 related are they a symptom for anything? Thanks
