Does Having Bulky Uterus And White Discharge Cause Weakness?

i am 35 years before one year my hemog lobin was 8.9 down then i started softeron tab but now i have aproblem of heavy bleeding 2-3 dayslast 3 month i m taking aloes compound so it reduced but not that much n feeling no energy due to uterus bulky report says.n white discharge is found does it ll give weakness?
