Does Hcg Injection Help To Rupture The Follicle?

Hi,
Follicle study started for me from 7th day. Today 14th day with the size as LOF:24*20mm and and 13*12mm ROH. End thickness as 8.4mm. Doc gave an HCG injection on 12th day. Please let me know if follicle will rupture or not and if the follicle is healthy
