Does Headache And Nose Bleed Post Injury Need Medical Attention?

Hello my daughter fell and hit her head on Jan 3rd fell on bt first then head hit the grass pretty hard she said. a week later she has started having headache and nose bleeds randomly does she need a CT at this point this happened 10 days ago thank you
