Does Headache, Neck Pain And Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

hi doc i was wondering do these sound like pregnancy symptons to u i have had headaches, neck pain, nausea, cramps, cravings and my skin seems to be more sensitive like the places were i shave genitals, legs and underarms yesterday i also had very bad cramps to the left side lower abdomen and right now it is on the right side also my lower back has been so sore i also slept so much today like 16 hours
