Does Hearing To Screaming Sound On Regular Basis Cause Hearing Loss?

I go to a public swimming pool; adjacent to the lap lanes is a general wading/pool area for kids.

2-3 year girls have such piercing screams that it is painful; I am afraid of serious hearing loss.

Even when I wear ear plugs and two swim caps, their piercing screams can still be painful.
