Does Heavy Periods With Large Clots Indicate An Abortion?

hello sir,this is mala here.Iam 31year old and iam diabetic since from 6 years.Iam married.I took treatment every where to conceive but nothing worked out.Recently i had a periods with large clots and cramps with heavy bleeding for 8 days.The doctor had prescribed me pause tablet.whether it is a abortion.What should i do? iam not getting proper solution?
