Does Heavy Vaginal Bleeding Followed By Spotting Post Intake Of Cytotec Mean Abortion?

Hi doctor.. Just wanna ask if when you bleed heavily on the first day of taking cytotec then the following day only spotting happen.. And it only last for 5 days. Is the abortion complete? And abortion is illegal here in the phils. Just wanna also ask if im going to have an ultrasound, did the doctor detect if im using cytotec? Please help me thanks.
