Does Hepatitis B Vaccine Cause Joint Pain?

I need to get the hepatitis B vaccine. I am hesitant because I had the MMR vaccine in January and had joint swelling in my hands that caused terrible pain and kicked off a bad case of carpal tunnel that is only just now calming down. I ve read on a couple of websites that there could be joint pain after the Hep B vaccine - Not sure if I should chance it again-any advice?
