Does Homeopathy Treat Dizziness And Tinnitus?

My mother is 72 and she is diabetic and has high blood pressure. She is in excellent health BUT she is into homeopathic rememdies and goes to a homeopathis practioner, not MD. My question is whether or not these problems could be causing her to have the dizziness and ringing in her ears? She is not currently on any medications, but she just told me she is on difulcan (spelling). I am kinda worried because she is trying to do all this all natural. I think there comes a point she needs to be on some meds, but she is so stubborn.
