Does Hypoglycemia Causes Pin Prick Like Pains In The Legs?

i have been through gloucouse tests and have been told i am hypoglycemic, but diabetes are on both sides of my family and both my parents got it later in life, I just checked mine and its 132 I have never had such a high reading and I have needles and cramps in my legs, still dealing with seizure from sep 22, I cant neglect this feeling in my legs, they hurt and it feels like warm waves and thousands of needles
