Does Hypospadias Surgery Cause A Circumcised Looking Penis?

hi, my son has mild hypospadias with his pee hole just under the penis, a slightly bent penis and an incomplete foreskin and i would like to know whether if we opt to perform a surgery will his penis look circumsiced after surgery because we wouldn't want it to look circumsiced
