Does Hysterectomy Cause Thirst And Blurred Vision?

I am extremely thirsty ALL the time, my urine smells really strong, and I am urinating much more often (probably from all the fluid intake) but is pale in color. I've noticed my vision is somewhat blurred and my joints ache? I had a hysterectomy in October and wondering does that have anything to do with it?
