Does I-pill Delay Periods And Reduce Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hello Docs..I have a query regarding ipill consumption in 2 consecutive days i wanted to ask tht last time i had ipill once and my mensus got delayed by 15 days n this time i had ipill twice in two consecutive days n now my periods r already delayed by a week is there any chances of me to get pregnant?if so thn how long should i wait for my mensus to start and later when should i take pregnancy test?
